Do I call?

This may sound like a stupid question at first, but if a guy gives you his number should you call him. Let me set up the senerio. The two of us flirt with each other (I think). We are pretty chatty at school. I was sitting in the library waiting for my next class to begin and the guy I've been crushing on comes and sits with me. We talk. He sees me playing with my phone( I was entering the numbers of people I was assigned to do a project with). He asked me if I wanted his, so we swaped numbers, but neither of us has called the other. Does this mean anything?

He is waiting to see if you like him,,if you do,, go for it.If he didnt like you,,he wouldnt have given you his number.Just call & talk about anything,,but keep it simple,,just keep the conversation moving & make it easy for him to talk to you too.When the two of you get clicking,,he will most likely ask you to go out somewhere or just to hang out or he will keep talking to you to get to know you better.

both of you are flirting with each other. you've a crush on him too but you don't want to come in the open. Enjoy the flirting so long it doesn't become necessary. Since you've swaped numbers...it's his obligation to make the call...why should you bother.
