but when i click the back, refresh or home button the web page appears, anybody have an idea how to solve this problem.

haven't started my search yet and this message appears so i have to click either the refresh, back or home button.

Just based on the minimal information from your querry, I would say that you are attempting to connect to the page before your browser's internet connection has been properly established.
Think of it like dialing the phone number before picking the headset up. There was no dial tone before dialing, so there was no connection to the phone lines.

May be you have more then one web pages open at same time. Try opening one at a time and see if that helps.
