I just finished a book by Jimmy Buffett, I LOVED IT! I love island escapist type books, can anyone suggest some similar books or authors?

Read classics! Try the Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. That book is soooooo good. Um, as far as island escapist books go, try The Island of Dr. Moreau (H.G. Wells), and Treasure Island (Robert Louis Stevenson) is somewhat like that. Hope I helped!
