I'm basically talking about public computers (like in libraries or 'net cafes) that have right-cliking disabled. Thanks!

Why don't you just drag the files to your desktop?

Do you have access to your temporary files? Look for the file there, anything you see on the browser screen goes directly there.

Can you view the HTML source? Take note of the img url and email it to your self.

If all else fails, do a print screen (alt + prtscn) and paste into MSPaint.

yes there is a easy way to fix this what you do is go to a pc store and look at the pc that are there when you see the one you like you buy it then you can use your pc
