It's way too early to feel anything. I'm sure that it is just gas, and your eagerness to feel something. Don't worry, I was the same way. In a few months, they will be kicking so hard, that you will definitely not mistake it.

At four weeks, any fluttering you are feeling is just gas. At this time the baby is about the size of a grain of rice. You won't feel any quickening or movement of the baby until you are between 18 and 22 weeks.

I am an R.N (over 22 years) and mother of 6

Probably just gas. The baby is way too small to feel it moving. There isn't much to move yet.

I agree with the gass, but some people do experience a weird flutter.

Your probably just feeling gas, it would be a while until you would feel the baby move around. As long as its not pain I wouldn't worry about it.

Its just gas...it is still just an embryo in a sac. So its too early to feel it move, because it isn't a baby yet.

That happened a few times to me too, my midwife said that sometime your organs will "rearrange" themselves as your uterus starts to swell with the baby. Feels very strange, but still not the same as quickening...
