While a single parent, having to raise my two (disabled) children alone, no support (Deadbeat Dad) -- I was NOT being true to myself -- I HAD to work and keep working and keep on going -- because they NEEDED me to ...
Now that I've retired, am FREE (Empty Nester finally) -- yes, I can finally start being true to myself -- and begin to relax, take some time to have some enjoyment, and being able to explore interests that (given the need to support my family) I could not have prior to this time.

One of my motto in life is : To thine ownself be true. You can fool everybody. But there are only two people or entities you can not fool. Yourself and God. So I try to be true to myself.
