No one in my family loves me. I only have 1 true friend who cares about me. People are so insensitive to my feelings.

It's sad that in a family set up where people are supposed to be loved and feel safe is changing to a place where betrayal, rejection and hatred thrives.
I can't possibly judge your family cause with different families, different circumstances.but one thing that will never change is love...am sorry that you feel that way.
What if you try to show or give what you want your family to give in return...meaning that you initiate to love more and being sensitive more....you might not agree with me but am positive that this will work.
Also communication in your family is very important. We might all try to give you answers but the real problem is in your family,so try to share your feelings mostly with your parents,it might be your suffering alone while nobody in your family knows because of lack of communication.hope this works!!!

Maybe you need to change YOU. Go talk to a counselor and see what the problem is. You seem to have a lot of family issues that need to be resolved. You are never going to be happy unless you do. Just from what I gather from you on this forum, I believe that your issues are within yourself. Seek help and talk all of your issues out with a councilor and see what can be changed or done about them.
Stop running away from your problems and face them head on. And then your life will start changing for the better.
Count yourself lucky that you at least have the one true friend.

No one can really answer this question and do you justice. No one knows you and that makes it hard to judge. Advice... there are many hot lines for people who just need to talk... and maybe therapy. I'm not saying that you are crazy... but maybe you need to talk about your frustration. Sometimes, talking to a stranger can make you realise things. It's not a bad thing.... you might get a lot out of it!
