Batman.
He was one of the few superheros that did not actually have any superpowers, yet he was still able to save many people. I mean if you actually had superpowers you really have only the choices of either become a superhero or villain or go into hiding and have serious issues. Batman actually made the conscious decision to put his own life at risk to protect others. He also had one of the coolest costumes and gadgets.

Superman is ALMOST the Man, but Batman beats him just because he's that much smarter. If Superman trained himself as Batman's sidekick like the Robins in the past so he becomes as smart and tactful as Batman....... aweseome.

Batman, he has beaten superman in several fights, and has no real super powers but rather trains himself to be as awesome as he is. And he carries Kryptonite just in case he ever has to take down Superman for real (Also the reason why he has won several fights).

Superman stands for what is powerful, clear, bright, noble and just, and has an unwavering belief in what is right and what is wrong, and it's just not that simple anymore in today's world; while Batman is dark, obsessive and vengeful. I'm going with BATMAN.

Batman is the better of the two. He has no powers and performs well against humans/ superhumans/aliens/gods.

Superman on the other hand isn't impressive at all when you think about it. He struggles when battling some humans, damn near loses to aliens, and has a double standard about killing. Killing humans is not ok, but killing aliens is fine. Also he'll bend the rules when lois is in danger, but it's wrong when others do it for their loved one.

well one is actually a human, so i guess I would have to say batman is the man. He doesnt have any real powers either just the brains to fight crime. Superman needs his super powers but he is not a human, he is an alien.
