I have an 04 neon and the power point pops its fuse every time I try to use it. It has a 20 amp fuse, but its labeled mtv. Right beside the fuse slot on the fuse panel is a relay spot i'm just curious if it needs the relay as well as the fuse and what mtv stands for.

i am not sure, i have owned 6 neons, but not sure about this, try asking or searching on the www.neons.org website.. thousands of neon owners and mechanics... I used to have an 04 and one thing I would check is your stock ground coming out of your battery, mine wasnt big enough so i had to add one, my car kept shutting off when i was driving every once in awhile

Maybe he/she doesn't have an owner's manual...duh. It happens. Anywho, try calling your local Chrysler dealership repair shop. They will be able to tell you.
