Bad oil rings on your pistons

piston rings blow white smoke not black if the car is still running good but blowing smoke it is your oxygen sensorif it is duel it will have 2 go ahead and replace both of them they are fairly cheap and easy to replace run some injector cleaner through the gas tank because this could clog the injectors it is a long shot but it could be a bad injector but it is not the piston rings

Sounds like you have a fake dual only one for exhaust the other one for looks.

Your engine doesn't warrant dual pipes, switch to a single. Especially if it's a chink car like a civic, it doesn't warrant anything like that.

Like I said, the muffler's worn out. You shouls see a mechanic and get it replaced.

Broken firing pin on an injector. betcha. Or crap in the injector tip. Take them out and get them cleaned, they will soon tell you if one is broken.

do you have true duals or just a single muffler with a phony dual tip on it? (chrysler lebaron)
