Not really. But there are also a lot of questions about how accurate an Ouija board really is ☺

Ouija are you with me?
A scientific study of the bible is an example of how things like Ouija borkds work. The reason the bible works is because each reader (or group of readers like Catholic vs. Protestant) can interpret the same thing differently depending on their own needs and especially personal beliefs. With a Ouija, you are left with very simple, often abstract, answers and from them you interpret what the "spirit" was telling you. None of the advice you receive from either a Ouija or the Bible is specific. For example: a friend asked the bible what his career should be and opened up to read about a goat herder. He then inquired upon the Quija and got an answer of "ba". He was so scared that he took up goat herding and is miserably poor.
Religions that provide specifics about daily life tend to fail, while others that are generally more vague and prone to interpretation succeed because people can believe what they want to from what they hear.

You can use vector mathamatics. If you take the force(as a vector) applied by each person and add them together, you will be able to determine the path of the thing that you push.
Here's an idea
Get some people together, blindfold everyone except one person. This one non-blindfolded person will be the one to record what the ouija board says.

The science is still too much limited, there's a lot things that it can't explain yet, someday it will explain all the things about the spiritual world, but not now, we are not so developed yet.

Science can't be used to explain phenomena such as a Ouija board, just as science can't explain why a human loses approx. 23g the instant of death.
