I am 39, 5'8 1/2" and 138 lbs. I also wear juniors size 7, and wonder if you wear ladies size 7 or juniors? I am not saying you're heavy or not, its all how you carry it. however realize if you are squeezing into a pair of pants and got the "muffin top" going on, a slightly larger size may be more attractive and comfortable.

the project at present is that any one over a length 2 thinks they're fat. 5'6" and 123 is honestly particularly skinny. i'm 5' and at one time weighed one hundred twenty five (length 10 petite) and felt very very sturdy approximately myself. (i'm a greater physically powerful woman now.) while you're nervous concerning to the wholesome components of being obese, ask your well-being care expert the way you rank on the top/weight charts. He could desire to even assist you be responsive to which you're underweight. while you're judging your self against your friends and against what the media sell as being "suited length" - end doing that! (and don't think "united statesa.'s suitable sort" while they communicate to a girl who's a length 12 as being plus length! Plus would not start up until eventually finally length 18!) Be your self, placed on outfits which you like and that are gentle, and end demanding approximately being fat.

A little bit. I'm 5'8"-5'9" (somewhere inbetween there), 175lbs, and I got some love handles on me. My advice is to go to the gym and wear baggy clothes so you'll sweat more. I've been doing that for the past three months and I"ve lost about 15lbs (the healthy way).

Sounds great, but what matters is what you see in the mirror. If you look good, and are happy....to hell with the numbers.
