When you use HTML, it relies on the viewing person to have the same fonts to be able to see them. If you use a font which the viewing browser does not have, then the browser ignores the font type.

If you would like artistic or creative scripts for a header, then you should consider using an art program to create a bitmap or other picture type, which will be displayed by other browsers.
