Some wide franchised stores now carry dry ice. If you are unable to locate dry ice at such store you can look for fish stores, they usually carry it. There are also many warehouses that specialize in its production and sale. Just look in your local phone book under "dry ice".

I do not believe you can mail items with dry ice. Most things I have purchased that have been food have come shipped in a Styrofoam cooler with special food ice packs wrapped around them. They are usually sent the fastest way as to get the item to the customer as fresh as can be and in good shape. But if you still need to get dry ice, it can be found at a few grocery stores- sold by the pound.

you should be able to find it in the yellow pages under "dry ice". I did years ago for a science project. Good luck.

I've seen it in some grocery stores like albertsons... I've bought some there before. You might have to ask someone where it is once you are there.

Walmart, they usually carry it over by thier customer service desk. Or, just most grocery stores carry it.... you have to ask for it.
