If you really like each other you will never run out of things to talk about. If you have nothing more to say then it my be time for the two of you to move on to other people.

Perhaps talk about new business ventures, new inventions you`d both like to see invented, remember conversation does not always have to be about sex or about yourself or the other person. or your likes and dislikes, Try brain teasers, use your intellect to create, and think of some new spaces to browse in, like go to museums if you haven`t been there, there you`ll see plenty to talk about. so she will really listen, and have some input

just do everything like the first time. And make it unique again. I mean its like yearly holidays, arent they pretty much the same thing every yr? but each yr is unique and remembered specially since our minds personalize it, just go with the flow... don't think so much in the situations le your mind go free..

why don't you try doing stuff with her? that'll provide some topics naturally. something new, a sport, an activity, a new restaurent or mall
or try taking a short course together, language, cooking, craft.
or play a game, at the arcade or on playstation or something

If you've run out of ideas on topics, both of you do some reading, then think of it, and then discuss things that you both think about what you've read.

Well, try something they do in another country, don't talk to her for a week...You'll think of thing you want to tell her by then!
Maybe you should just re-talk about things. Talk about things you haven't done before...Invite her out to a new place...Do something new that you haven't done and you will have things to talk about. =P
