dark was one half of the piece of artwork featured in the last episode (i forgot its name, sorry). when he was sealed away, it was not really imprisonment, but a resumption of his natural form. in effect, dark the thief stopped existing. so he's gone for good.

He won't come back... he was sealed forever 'coz he was d half of d second hand of tym (d artwork w/c d hikaris made)...
