Both got difficulties in different aspects and in different circumstances. Personal characteristics variation will determine of which is easier.
A leader shoulders more responsibilities of whatever is the outcome of the performance of the group in which all acts done by his followers will be laid in his hands. This makes it not easy to be a leader in terms of responsibilities.
A follower needs to do more of the tasks. If a good leader makes it easy for the follower not being burdened by objecting to follow the leader rules and orders, then being a follower is much easier. On the other hand if the leader makes it tough to his followers which turns some "rebellions" then this makes it difficult to be a follower.
For those possessing abillity of good leadership, to be a leader will be easier. Those who got superiority complex yet could not put themselves as a leader will have some hardship to be a follower.

Beiang a Leader is only Born talent... i mean by this no one can learn how to be a Leader... because a leader has ti decide on the spot.. and a leader actually have X-Factor,,, which one never could develope inside its ony Born talent...
To be a Follower is easy .... becuase u only have to follow ... and any one can do that.... but u know some thing a follower even needs the patience to Follow things:) so this also needs ur exercise of brain as well body...
But ya anyone can be follower ,,,, but leader is only one in thousand....:)

It's easier to be a follower for a couple of reasons. First, less responsibility, Second you can hide among a sea of followers. Although being a leader is a hard job sometimes certain individuals fall into this role and it wears well on them.

Neither one is easier. It depends on individual people and their personalities. Some folks always like to take charge and be leaders - some folks hate having that responsibility and are perfectly content to follow others.

i could say i'm extra of a follower i will basically be a pacesetter to others who're youthful than me, you realize? I persist with people who understand what they are doing, or a minimum of look to, and each each and every now and then i won't be able to be a pacesetter through fact i won't take care of the accountability of being in value of others (fairly i don't prefer to fail through fact then they could fail)
