I mean, is the stingray chilling at the local diner, jawing with the crocodiles, saying stuff like: "Remember that wanker who pulled you out of the bog, tied your jaws closed, and drove you 50 miles from home before dumping you at the beach last year? Yeah, I killed that bugger."

I don't think so. What happened to Steve Irwin was a freak accident that almost never happens. Most times when a sting ray stings someone it will hurt them but not kill them.

Steve Irwin was a trained professional, all this proves is that nature can take control when you are not paying full attention to your surroundings. They have always been known as dangerous, now it claimed the life of one of the most respected environmentalists ever.

i think we do since Steve Irvin got killed by one. and he was a crocodile hunter and i think that crocodiles look more dangerous than sting rays.
