A huge glass of water with the juice of half a lemon in it - every morning before drinking anything else. Sports water, excercise and hot saunas.

apparently, having a hot bath with cayenne pepper and H2O2 helps, and so does exercise with lots of movement, like using one of those mini trampolines. the movement helps the circulation of your lymphatic system. so i've heard.

what toxins are you talking about specifically? drink plenty of water and exercise and your body will usually take care of itself. are you talking about heavy metals, carcinogens, what?
