Google "Java download" "Flash Player download".
Bookmark Googles.com. It'll answer most of the "how do I get _____" problems.

java.sun.com look at the right "popular downloads java se". click on it. on that screen , scroll to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 8 and download that.
