IELTS [International English Language Testing System]

The IELTS test is administered by the British Council, the University of Cambridge and IDP Australia. A prescribed IELTS score is now required by many Australian and British universities and colleges as a qualification for entry onto a course.

TOEIC [Test of English for International Communication]

The TOEIC test is a 2-part multiple choice test which consists of 200 questions. A TOEIC score indicates how well a non-native English speaker can communicate in English in business, commerce and industry.

Part 1 - Listening
Students answer questions on a variety of statements, short conversations and short talks.

Part 2 - Reading
Students read a selection of materials and answer 100 questions.
