Well, maybe if they would give it a rest for a while everything would really build up inside him and he'd have to have an orgasm. You can have too much of a good thing, you know. Apart from that, a healthier diet and exercise would help his whole body feel better.
I bet he's circumcised, huh? I was just reading that circumcised guys who stretch their skin enough to cover the glans have much better sensation in their penis. You see, the glans is really a mucous membrane and not skin. It just dries out when it's exposed to clothing and dry air. I intend to try and stretch my skin that much as soon as I can get some good tape. It can take years, but it sounds worth the trouble. The most sensitive spot on a man's penis is under the head below the urethra. If the woman is stroking the length of his shaft, perhaps rub the bottom of the tip while she's doing it or with your mouth/tongue. If the man is focused, he should shoot his load.
