are you talking about your homepage? if so, just go to tools, internet options, and change the homepage to your email page. if you mean that you want the internet to remember your dsl username, when you sign in make sure to click the "remember my username" box and don't delete the cookie for that page.

do you want to see something else everytime you click on the Internet Explorer? Well,you just need to click on Tools menu of your browser>>internet options>>under homepage,type in the site of the page that you want to be the default one (like www.sbc.yahoo.com) and then click on apply and ok..close the page and re-open it and you should have another homepage

it depends on what provider you have for your DSL. They may have a page / link whatever.
Give a hint as to your provider and I'll give you a hint on how to do it.
