I here you and agree that it is illegal and that I personaly will never clog my computer with something that is on a radio staion for free but to answer your question; - 1. Ride a bus some time. 2. Go to the welfare office and see who you see there. 3. Get a job and meet your new boss every week. Go do service work and count the gratitude. 4. Fly on airplane somewhere. 5. Go fill up your tank on the way to work(late) and have to get in the line to pay for it behind people buying lottery tickets from the new cashier that will be new again next week. 6. Go to the beach and spend ten months pay for a three day stay. 7. Get a job on the net and wait for money to roll in instead of out. 8. Call your big brother and get told your last and you know it and why. 9. Watch T.V., and here winners and celebrities and news people that report the same things over and over. 10. Call a cop about what you just saw(lol) and when you are not thinking that you have any problems, the entire world will be watching you(contrariety). 11. Go to see your girl unexpctedly and try to find out where they really are, or arrange a golf outing(or the like) and see who shows, or have a birthday party(any party or celebration) under hundred dollars,(let alone a wedding). 12. Big T.V. what's on. 13. How's the phone, electric, gas, water, car or life insurance, no health insurance, cable, medical and dental bill (not much better than broken infrastructures). 14. Watch small devices(I-Pods) get smaller when what you really want is vision improvement to begin with. 15. ETC. - Think Positive we have Yahoo Answers! TO ANSWER: With nothing to loose but life itself, either becoming a lawyer themselves or fighting the suit with other lawyers and winning a case, or bringing attention to NEGLECTED PROBLEMS becomes one's duty to the world. this would be the people perspective if you are a corporation(i.e. Big Business) then it is within your legal right to get rich off others and with that capital you can pay off the bad product law suits(corporate greed) at the expence of the entire world(countries, governments, neighborhoods, people, etc.). So the answer is the music artist that created this(basicaly just noise) is just part of the big corporate music machine greed that is played by D.J.'s that work for corporate owned stations that sell to corporate owned record ex.&companies that sell to teen age consumers that buy corporate owned music players to sell to consumers that finance the MUSIC MACHINE INDUSTRY. Then someone see's a way to download music for free and whala; WHY IN THE F- WOULD YOU PAY ANOTHER .99 CENTS FOR IT! * - note - How can I help myself and the economy improve.*

It's a hassle to sign in with a password every time you try to go to a new site, even to try a free trial. That to me, is a deterrent from alot of things. #2, with all the pay pal scam-o-grams I get daily, plus fake mail from banks I deal with, no way is my credit and credibility going online for $.99. Plus, there is always a certain superiority feel or adrenaline rush, I guess you call it, associated with being able to do things others either can't do, or won't try!

Cheap, broke, figure they won't be caught, figure they aren't the ones that a music company would go after because it's only a song or two.
