I've been around a while, and like the other answer, that's new to me too. In fact, he's got to be meaning something else if he's serious. Being a man all my life, let me tell you, it's not pleasant in any way shape form or fashion to get hit there, no matter how hard. He may mean some sort of dominance, not necessarily actually kicking him there. I have heard about some goofy things in that area, like tying them off, pulling on the sack, maybe even smacking them a bit, but kicking? I don't think so. He may have been trying to get on your nerves even more. Either way, do it once, and he won't ask again.

Oh my Lord...I can't imagine why any man in his right man would ever want to be kicked in the balls. I would seek out the help of a mental health professional to deal with this.

He's not the only guy with this kink - unless you two live in New Jersey. I heard about someone else who has this "issue" just a few months ago. He was starting to find other women to do this for him. It's really weird and I don't know what advice to give you beyond seeing a therapist.
