Sorry to disappoint you but you get nothing, not even an form email say "you did it" or "congratulations". You just have to do it for your own satisfaction. You can aspire to be at the top of the Leader board but that is about it. I think when I reached level 2 they gave an email but I have not got anything at the higher levels. I don't think much on the points anymore but it is nice to try and help people with questions they might have. If you think of that as your reward then that is your prize.

When you get to that level you don't have to wear a condom anymore, areas in night clubs secured with a braided rope becomes a thing of the past and I also hear that you never go home alone.
