i'm trying to find a way where is can extend the wireless range of my 2wire modem in a mac computer. Someone told me that HPNA will only work for Windows pc's. Is this true? If not,how can i have dsl signal around the house?

Your problem is that you have a mac. I suggest fixing it immediately. Most things arent made for mac because 4% of all computers are mac.
