The Colts. They have a great offense, they made hude improvements in their already solid defense in the off-season, and they have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL this coming season...

The RAMS!!!
They will have the most explosive offense in the league with Bulger, Holt, Bruce, Curtis, McDonald, Steven Jackson, Stephen Davis, the two new tight ends (Klopfenstein and Byrd) and the offensive line with an extra year of experience and playing together.
The defense will be much improved with Jim Haslett coaching the newly rebuild unit which recently added LaRoi Glover, Will Witherspoon, Corey Chavous, Fakhir Brown, Tye Hill, Raonall Smith, Victor Adeyanju, Claude Wroten and Jon Alston.
Not only that, they are undefeated!

It's hard to tell considering the season has yet to begin...but I'm keeping my eye on the Carolina Panthers, they are looking good and have a great offensive line (as long as Steve Smith stays healthy)

Probably Seattle. They've got a great D, and Hasselback and Alexander should be more than solid this year. We'll know more in a couple of weeks.
