upper lip, now I have hair stuck in my teeth. How do I get it out?

You can try flossing, but often times hair resists even that. Occasionally it just has to work itself free. Just do your best not to simile for a couple of days and see what happens. That's what I do when I suck on my wife's ......

Needle-nose pliers. Oh! you mean the hair? I'd use a toothbrush, maybe some floss.

If you don't know how to get it out have him to show how to unzip the ziper and some levis have button flies .. He can help you with that problem. He knows how to get it out.
As far as your first question you can use floss.

pull it out and switch to black guys. their hair is curly and won't get caught as easily. believe me i know, all i ever kiss is black guys. no offense to anyone but white guys are a complete turn off
