Sorry but home tattoo guns suck azz, go with a time machine you can buy one for under $200..plus you will need 2 total, a liner and a shader

And what does he plan on doing with this gun? Turning out bad tattoos and spreading disease far and wide? I would look into getting a real tattoo machine. There are a number of websites you can look at....

All he needs is a very small electric motor taped to a pen that's been modified to hold a tattoo needle. Good times. Don't forget to tattoo my name on somebody's forehead.
