How do you not lose your mind if you have to spend the rest of your life with a lazy @$$ sister-in-law?

She sleeps late for no reason, she wakes up very late everyday. my dog starves to death everyday because instead of her feeding him early in the morning, she gives him food late in the afternoon. i noticed this when i took a day off. she is the most laziest woman i have possibly met in my life and i cannot believe that my brother married somebody like that. it insults my bloodline of the family. i mean how can somebody like that come into my family and cant even pick up a broom to sweep the house? all she does is practically eat and sleep. the good part is that she does the dishes but that doesn't even count because i've noticed that when i get a glass to drink some water, soap bubbles come up when the water goes in, so basically she isn't really much help to my family at all. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO WHEN A PERSON LIKE THAT IS AROUND ME! IT DRIVES ME OUT OF MY MIND

I don't know the situation, but is your brother and wife still living in your mother's home, or are you living with them. I would suggest moving out if you are living with them and you are old enough. Or talk to your brother and tell him your feelings and maybe he can talk to his wife. He loves her and will overlook her faults. But if you bring this to his attention, he'll probably have a talk with her. And if not, maybe you should. Good luck!

It would depend if that was your house or not. If it is your house then I would suggest you talk to your brother about her not doing her share in the house and tell him if she is not willing then they will have to find a place of thier own. If it is not your home I suggest you find another place to live because it is not up to you to tell your brother that his wife is lazy if you are not paying the bills.

Maybe she is depressed. She should get a job, so that she feels good about herself. Really it is not your business unless you live with her or your brother is constantly complanining about her. If you live with her, tell her how you feel, get mad, tell her to get a job or get off her a s s, if your brother is complaining about her tell him to tell her this, and if it is none of the above and she just bothers you - get a hobby because it really doesn't concern you and is none of your business. Yeah um why do you all live together? I live alone it's even better.You should feed your dog than . Some people have issues with people who have issues.Look into group therapy somewhere.

Why are you living with them or why are they living with you? Usually a married couple would have their own place. Anyway be patient and talk to your brother, have him talk to her about what is expected of her.
