I want to upgrade my desktop computer's video card from a Radeon X300 SE to a GeForce 7600 GT. I think I read somewhere that some graphics cards are too big to fit inside some computers, and I don't know if this applies to this case or not.

Your computer shouldn't have any problem running a 7600GT. They don't require much power, and aren't very big at all.

erm.. if you got a PCI-E or AGP slot.. then do it.... read the reviews.. if they don't say anything about fans or anything being to big.. then go for it... But make sure you computer has enough power to suppor the card... Your power supply (PSU) has to be abel to power the card. and some cards give you minimum requirements... The most i saw was 450 watts... and the least i saw was 300 watts.. a dell E310 only has 210 watts.. so.. i dunno about hte other dells.

if its an PCI-e get a cheap ATI Radeon. X800 will run it straightforward and they pass out for round 50buks. or, get Geforce 8600GT or 9400GT, they're fantastically a lot an same, 9400 perfroms somewhat more effective speed smart yet 8600 is a more effective purchase cos its more cheap, yet both pass out more effective extreme priced then the X800, 60 - one hundred money. if its AGP then i dunno, i dont use them nemore when I construct.

Need to actually do it. If it doesn't fit, then just return it to the store or take your PC to the store so they can make sure it will fit.
