It's a chance a female takes when she wears skimpy clothes. I don't want to come across as preachy, and no matter what a woman wears, she has complete say so in who touches her and who don't, but knowing guys don't take females seriously when they wear stuff like a mini skirt, a female should either decide it's worth the risk, or wear stuff that leaves everything up to the imagination. I won't wear a skirt or dress that goes above my knees.
