It's been 2 years since I moved into the place I live now, And I am still not "settled in". I think it's because I hate this place and it's too small. Or maybe I'm just a spoiled brat.

I'm still trying to settle in. I moved 2300 miles last year and am staying in my parents home. I had my own place, but my dad turned ill so decided they needed me. So I made the trip alone. Anyway, its very hard to move - especially far. People are different here. Good luck in your new place though and remember to always look ahead and not back :)

i'd say it took me a couple of months. I moved around mid may and didn't feel "at home" until my birthday in July...
it was a mixture of things, but mostly it was just me. I had to get used to it.

Just long enough to plug in my computer. That's all I need to feel at home.

3 days. My apartment is pretty tiny, but needless to say I was very proud of myself.
