She just got a top of the line Dell computer last year, and she cannot use Yahoo. She talked with the Dell company, and the internet providers. They said it was a browser problem. Could she install a different browser to see if it would work?

It is probably her browser. She might need to enable cookies by going to tools>internet options>privacy> now slide the slider to medium. There it should work, but if it doesn't I can't help.
