I think it's quite common really, whether you're a celebrity or just an average person. Have you not heard the quote a roomful of people and still lonely?
I think many people feel that way, they feel they don't measure up, that they are frauds and if people really knew who they were , they wouldn't like them.
People can also be incredibly shy and feel like no one would be interested in talking to them because they have such a low sense of self esteem.
My mum was very shy and she often wondered where I came from as from toddlerhood I've been pretty extroverted. Although I also can be reserved if I'm in a situation I don't feel comfortable in.

Why are you lonely.?? You are a goddess and any man would be lucky to be with you. You look Beautifull in that pic. Soo why are you lonely ? You have great looks. no, it's not strange. just look at some the the celebrities. they're known universally but sometimes admit that they're lonely because no one understands them.
