I am petite but oddly enough i have a big chest...would a cowl neck sweater or a v-neck sweater look great on me?..i am about 5'1"..serious replies only...i can find great summer clothes..but i always have a problem finding clothes for winter.

If you have short neck use V-neck or any other open neck sweater, but if you have long neck cover it a little bit visualy...
Or something like "cut-outs" can look good on your chest no metter long or short you neck.

With a big chest, you should wear the v-neck tops. It'll make you look more taller and smaller on top. Cowl neck is like wearing a turtle neck..that's a big no-no. It'll only make you look bustier and shorter.
