i feel like a society drop out bcuz i was unemployed for so long, at an age where my friends were all improving their careers and starting families. it sucks. i have a better financial situation now but i've lost all my old friends and have to start over but it's super hard bcuz everyone is already so established.

I like air conditioning and rootbeer and screens that keep the bugs out. I like college basketball and international football.

I like computer games and comfortable beds and a refrigerator where I can get a cold drink of water anytime I want.

I really like modern civilization. The woods is a nice place to visit but I sure wouldn't want to live there.

If I was a bajillionaire, I would get a cabin on a mountaintop somewhere and just live. But of course I would need internet access, cable TV, a very well stocked library and a wine cellar. I would only go into a town once or twice a year to get supplies.

I would need to know the details...are you talking living without shelter?

Would you have electricity and/or running water?

Would you have a car?

Do you have the money to do this IF you want to "drop" out of society?

What is the reason you want to do this?

Government would hunt you down and make you pay rent and taxes anyway. You can't get away.

It would be great if you can handle the lonliness.
