It's like three questions ,but eh. First, when your period start do you start counting then until the next one? And how many days in between? Also, if that many days already passed but it didn't come yet, what's wrong (you're still a virgin).

When you first begin to have a period it will not be regular. It is common to go a couple to several months with out having one. But, once things get regular (everyone is different you could get regular pretty quick) typically periods are a 28 day cycle. You begin counting from the 1st day of your period. All completely normal little girl.

Your cycle will be anywhere from 28 to 31 days. Start counting from the first day you see it to the next time. Record your start date on a calendar. You will eventually see a pattern. When you first begin to menstruate you may even skip a month. Don't worry about it. That is normal. Hormones are adjusting. I skipped 3 months after having regular periods for six months when I first started. Like you, I was a virgin so I didn't worry. Mom had a fit, for obvious reasons, but I wasn't worried. The doctor said it was normal.
As you get older your cycle may change from 3 to 5 or even 7 days and get heavier. This is normal too.
Stress, a cold, viruses, or other health conditions may delay a period. Don't worry as long as you are a virgin.
Ask mom to schedule you for an gynecological exam. You should be examined once a year for abnormalities and general good health. Some people believe the annual exam is not necessary if you are not sexually active, but that is not true. The purpose of the exams is to ensure the good health of your reproductive organs. You can ask the gynecologist any additional questions you might have.

I'm pretty sure that you start counting on the day that you start your period. You should be counting 28 days until the next period. If you are late and you are still a virgin, then you may just stressed out. My period has come late many times from me having too much stress. I hope this helps. Get clarification on when to start counting though, I'm not totally for sure on that question.

I usually count from the start date to the next start date.

In between differs - when i first got my period it used to be very erratic. anywhere from 21 days to 35 days or even longer. After a few years its leveled off and i'm at 28 days.

Lastly, if you haven't gotten your period in a while and know for sure that you aren't pregnant...it could be two different things. First, if you are still young and haven't been getting your period for a while, its normal to have an erratic cycle. Still, you should see your doctor if you are concerned. If you are older or have had a very consistent cycle for a long time and it suddenly changes, there might be a problem. Always see your doctor if you aren't sure or concerned.

I start counting on the day my period starts. Mine personally are always 23-24 days apart, but that is different for every person. And if your period hasn't come yet and you are still a virgin it's completely normal. You just don't have normal periods, as most women don't. I'm fortunate that I do, but a lot of women never know when theirs are going to come.

You start counting on the day you start your period. A cycle is 28 days. If you are a few days past due, alot can play a role in this situation. Some women are irregular and their cycles are never the same. Some women are stressed out, fatigued and that can delay a period or start one early. As well as taking any medication or adding anything new to your routine, your body is trying to adjust.

1) I don't count, cause I'm on the pill, but yes.
2) about 28, give or take.
3)Odds are, you're probably really stressed out. That can cause you to skip a month. Since you're a virgin, I wouldn't worry too much, but if you skip the next one I'd see your doctor. Some girls have really irregular cycles because that's how they're built, others have them because there's something else going on. (Oh, it's also normal to be late by a few days.)

You start counting 28 days from the day you get the first one. When I got my first period it was a couple of months before I got my next one. I was very irregular for many years. There wasn't anything wrong with me, it is very common to be irregular at first. Now I get mine every 29-32 days.

usually u get periods roughly once a month. sometimes it can be little early or little late . your stress plays a part in that. esp for teenagers. that is if u have just started getting your periods it will be
irregular in the beginning for some people. it is quite natural.even after wards it does not come exactly on the same date after a month. so, if u have just started getting your periods , observe your cycle for 3 to 4 months. u will get an idea as to when u can expect your next period.
