make a list of realistic goals you would like to reach, and decide what are the best means of achieving your goals. if you have had setbacks or mistakes in your past, try to figure out what you did wrong, why you did these things, and how to prevent it from happening again. be truthful and honest with both yourself and others, and realize that you have some hard work ahead of you. take care of your body (proper nutrition, adequate sleep, relaxation techniques, and exercise), and treat others as you would like to be treated. make peace with those people that will accept you, avoid toxic people, and be courteous and kind to others. good luck!

In Rolling Stone Magazine, they once wrote, "There is no good or evil, only total corruption and futility." I don't know about that.
I do know that shared sorrow is half sorrow and shared joy is twice joy.
What's better for you?
Love? Money? Health?
These are the 3 influences upon one's life after the main survival concerns are achieved.
Pick one as the root of what is missing in your life and plan on increasing this root in your life until the tree of well-being sits firm in your soul.
Gosh, can you believe this crap some people write?!? Get a freakin fortune cookie.
Get up tomorrow. Do what you did today over again. and the same the day after that.
Either let defeat be your standard or start with a goal and succeed in achieving that goal.
Most of us live lives of quiet desperation and will soon be forgotten within 2 generations of our death.
Stop the internal dialogue and LIVE LIFE!

Concentrate on each aspect of your life. Ask yourself what it is that you dont like about that aspect/situation etc, so you can fix it or ask yourself how you can improve ni that aspect of your life. Go down the line of people that you know and/or are close to....are your bonds deep enough with them? Do they know how you feel about them? Once the basics in your life are improved, work on people, once that aspect is improved, your life will seem as though it is much easier and more pleasent. Also, try your hardest to still show love towards people who show hate and resentment towards you...kill people with kindness.....Well I know you asked how to change your life but changing things about and in your life is the key!

you can change you life first by changing your outlook on life first and then changing yourself for the good and make sure you tell yourself that you are a great assets to the world and go for life with full force.
