only if you plan on donating your reducts to me lol jokes but yes definatly i think you should if you have the fundage for that kind of operation' problems with your back really suck and when you get pregnant then it will be hell cause they grow even bigger

How old are you now? Those things could keep growing! If they are causing you pain, then you should definitely think about it. It's not like you want it purely for aesthetic reasons... they hurt! Make sure you do tons of research before choosing a surgeon though.

if you have excessive weight I would get rid of that first. If you are in good shape its a shame to say it but you might need to makem smaller.
