I do liquid foundation, then concealer, then powder.

For best results :
1. Concealer (this layer covers blemishes/dark circles)
2. Foundation (evens out skin tone under eyes)
3. Concealer (adds a bit of light under the eye)

Concealer comes first, then the foundation. If your having problems with dark bags under your eyes, you can always purchase a treatment for that. Avon carries this great undereye treatment called Lighten Up Plus. I've been using it for about 2 months now and it works wonders. No more concealer for me.

You use the concealer first on the spots that you need to cover up then you follow with your foundation.

I have very dark circles under my eyes, and I've found that if I put concealer on first, the foundation delutes it. I put my foundation on first, but you gotta have the right shade of concealer, or you can have raccoon eyes.

Concealer first to cover blemishes or other problem areas. Then foundation to cover it and blend. Finally set with powder.

I was always told concealer first then foundation on top of that, and you can seal it all with loose or pressed powder.

concealer is first, and it's only used in areas that you need to cover something up. Like a pimple or belmish. Then you can apply your foundation over it.

Concealer first, then your base, so you can blend it all in. I only us concealer under my eyes for dark circles.
