Red meat. White meat is from relatively weak animals like fish and birds.

when everyone eats each other, it solves our hunger problem but it doesnt solve our road to extinction problem. And murderers can kill people and eat them just to evade jail time.
I've heard humans turn into white meat but not sure. Has something to do with components of their muscle.

We're probably like pork, texture of red meat, goes white when you cook it. You should read that 'Alive' book if you want some hints on eating people.
