It sounds to me you just have sensitive skin. You should probably see a dermatologist. I know that if my husband gets hit the worng way, like bumping into something really weirdly, or if he over-excites himself, he'll get hives. very itchy, red, swollen spots on his skin. he just has sensitive skin.
Definitely go to a doctor, they might be able to help you find specific lotions.
(oh, Also-have you tried antihistimines? like benadryl?)

You have to be careful what kind of tampons u use, napkins, also you really should get a feminine wash, don't use soap. Plus don't use pantyliners, makes things worse. If nothing works u can get a douche ... use it once in a while it helps clean out. If you are just talking about your skin, then you can use oatmeal soaps and check that you aren't using hard water. You can get water softners that avoid skin irritation. Good luck

Where is the itch? Could be just growing or could be a reaction. Reaction sometimes has redness or flakey skin associated. This is before you scratch the heck out of the itch. On the other hand hormones are wild and do freaky things also.

At the time you changed your soap, did you change the laundry soap as well. Sometimes, laundry soap will make you itch especially when you sweat. Try using products that are for sensitive skin and dust your body with baby powder to absorb the sweat. It should help.

sounds like sweat. but yeah it could also be your soap. but if you changed that and still get it you may need to buy another soap or not use soap every load.

hard to tell- it could just be a reaction/allergy, or saomething else. best to mention it to a doctor, who can give you better advice.
