How can I know for sure my husband is cheating on me with a co-worker. I am definatly feeling the bad vibes, he is a liar I know that and I am stupid for staying but I need to know for sure. I strongly feel it has started off with a flirty, emotional interest. Give Ideas on what I can do to get evidence.

The first thing u do is to NOT tell him what you are up to so he won't attempt to cover his tracks. Then, take a day off and show up at his work place unexpectedly. Or, if that's not an option, follow him FROM work. If you have a driver's license, rent a vehicle and park somewhere he can't see u and follow where he goes. If this is too much, ask a trusted friend a favor and have her/him follow your husband, either alone or u can go with them. Check his phone bills, credit card bills, bank statements, checking acct statements (no woman is free). Check for receipts in his pockets when u do laundry. Look for other change in his "routine" for example: he's leaving work very early and coming home late or not at all. Or as a last resort, hire a private investigator.

Just remember that u are only doing this to have peace of mind and if u did all this and come up with nothing, then let the negative thoughts of him cheating on you go.

He may be a liar, but if you find a moment where his guard is down, you could just flat-out confront him with it. If you have to, give him an out, something like "If you were in love with someone else, the least you could do was tell me so I could move on with my life". He might just admit it to you right then. He may be a liar, but that doesn't mean there isn't some shred of decency left in him.

Actually, this statement (again, assuming there's some decency left in him) could actually help him see the pain he is causing you by doing this, and might result in him doing the right thing and ending it on his own.

In any event, you can either sneak around and try to play amateur detective (which will mean expending far too much energy, this has caused you enough grief already without evidence), or you can find a way to confront him and get it out in the open.

Visit his job with a "surprise lunch" any random day to see what he may be up to as well as seeing some of the possibilities of any attractive women you'd think he may be cheating with.
You can also hire a private investigator (or get a really good friend) to follow him for a few days and see what is really going on.
You shouldn't be with a liar but I hope he's not lying.

You already admitted that your husband is a liar. You don't trust him.Emotional affairs are the worst kind, add sex to the mix and you may as well forget your marriage. He sounds like a loser.Th evidence seems to be staring you right in the face but maybe you're in denial.

First of all sister, play it COOL! Don't act suspicious at all, just be as nonchalant as possible. Does he have a cell phone? E-mail?
Is he working overtime??? You just sit back and let the evidence come to you. Check his cell bill, his email, show up at his work unexpectly when he should be there. (and IF he is not there, don't say anything out of anger- play it COOL. You will eventually catch him in the act IF you don't allow him to suspect that you know something. Good luck, and DO NOT stay in a relationship where there is no trust.

Husbands that cheat will ignore you in the bedroom. Try to turn him on,dress sexy, rub him with oil, see what happens. If he is not interested follow him one night when he says he's working late. Be ready for the worst but expect the fact that maybe he loves you deep down and he really is just a big flirt. Good luck.

Pray!!! That's what I did and it really worked!! I prayed that God would show me what I needed to know to go on with my life. Like you I had suspicions, and boy was I right!! He had been having an affair for almost THREE years!! Talk about feeling like an idiot! Usually your gut feeling is right, but I am one of those people who have to have something right in my face, and believe me it was right in my face. I moved out of my home of 20 years, because he needed time to think...I prayed and prayed that God would show me what to do...HE DID!!! I went by to get some of my things while he was suppose to be at work...and there they were...in my home...That was two years ago and a lot of tears...But I am GREAT now...no more wondering and no more stress. Good Luck, and keep praying!!!

Try asking other female co-workers or see if he want to have sex whenever he comes home late.My wife told me once that see could tell if i was cheating by the amount of sperm i shot on her belly(when she thought i was cheating she would never let me come inside of her) She soon found out that i wasn't.Then told me what she was thinking,i didn't get mad at her for doing this cause she told me the truth, and would never cheat on her anyway. Good luck, hope this helps.
