I am, and I believe every boy and girl who got inspired to love and respect animals and the environment as he did. My son learned a lot about reptiles from him. He's nine (9) and he was the one who told me about it. He was very upset about it. I think that he believed that Mr. Irwin was going to live forever. I told him that he will, through everything that he learned from him and all the fantastic work he did for the environment! That is how people leave a legacy. He went doing what he loved. He died as he lived, an adventurer!

God Speed, Steve Irwin... We who admired and respected you, will miss you!

I'm totally bummed about it. It's just so insane to think that Charles Manson and Mark David Chapman still walk the earth and someone like Steve Irwin is gone. And when I think of all the close calls I've seen on his show and then he gets taken out by a 1 in a million thing like this?! It's nuts. Rest in peace, Steve. Catch ya on the other side.

I certainly am. He was such a great person, and taught everyone so much about many animals and their environment. My heart is just aching for his wife and children. He worked in dangerous situations all the time, but always seemed so full of life; he seemed to be invincible. I prayed several times today for he and his family. He has left a tremendous legacy with the Australian Zoo and a lot of his environmental work. I listened to an interview with Jack Hanna earlier today, and you could just tell he was totally upset and getting very choked up with emotion while he was talking to the reporter. Steve really did so much to bring so much information about wild animals to all of us. I'm sure that his family is just in complete shock and my thoughts and prayers are with them.

you comprehend what-those type of human beings on right here suck for being mean prics! I loved steve irwin too he replaced into my concept function form and hero.i'm devastated over his loss too I omit him alot.He did one of those great number of serious issues in existence.the basically right suggestion I have is to "keep on keepin on and carry your head up extreme-you've were given to artwork with what you purchased" that replaced into from JoJo's music.ultimately the soreness will pass away and also you'll bear in mind him as a hero and also you'll have a good time him.attempt to spread his note and do his good artwork because animals are more effective significant than some thing to us human beings and we prefer to maintain them and seem after flora and fauna.good success and thanks.

My daughter. When she was younger, I bought her a Crocodile Hunter hat, that had a bite taken out of it. Whenever she saw his show on TV, she'd run off to find the hat, and miss half the show searching for it.

I am, I can't believe he's dead. It was truly a freak accident that he was killed by a sting ray, about a year ago I was swimming with a manta ray which is probably at least three times the size of a sting ray. It's very sad.

I would say most Australians/New Zealanders/Tasmanians as he's been famous doing his thing there since 1992. I feel sad for the guy. He seemed like he'd be really fun to be around. I wanted to go to Austrailia to meet him.
