How do I do this with a hex editor.?

I have a jpeg file and I want a batch file to to run when you open the picture, but the picture is still viewable. Where do I place the code for the batch file. Is there a seperator code and what is it.

Dont think its possible. Sounds like you want it for malicious reasons anyway.
