Most likely education you can get more places with an education, however having a good personality will just be icing on the cake. I mean honestly if you are educated or qualified to do something than there's no reason to legitimately say no to you, but if you have a nice personality but not the proper credentials, then it USUALLY does not make a difference.

It depends on how you use either. Also, it depends on WHAT you have your education in.

I think, in general, personality is most important.

I've known VERY successful people with only highschool degrees (a GED in the case of one)... and very unsuccessful people who had PhDs (a cousin who got an advanced degree so he could design tractors-- and there is practically NO job demand for that- so he is working the same level job as someone with a BS when he has more than a masters').

In general, the trend is that an education helps...
I have a pretty useless degree in psychology, but the social, critical thinking, writing, time management, and other indirectly learned things from college have helped me the most.

I strongly believe that they can be learned less expensive ways, though!

In general, my personality has helped me more than my formal education.

though education and personality is necessary but More prefrentially Education as thge WORLD needs this.

I think personality, but I guess that our personality is formed by life experiences and yes education.
