most ppl say jeans and a t, but i say screw that! u want to make a statement on the first day of school! on my first day of 7th grade (hardly anytime ago) i wore black mini skirt, white wedges, light blue cami, then i wore a white half sleeve little jacket over it! totally adorable! ppl noticed me fore that cause most ppl wore jeans and a T. i totally made a statement and i looked sooo cute and everyone totally loved it! my friend was jealous of my outfit because she wants to b a fashion designer when she grows up so she wants to be the best looking all the time (i say she never is not trying to b mean) ppl know me because of what i wore!
so basically wear something that it totally cute! and make sure ppl will remember it! but also make sure it is comfy because most 7th graders have to walk a long way (i walk over a mile a day walking to my classes... huge campous!)

Most school don't allow shorts. I would stick with light cotton or cotton blend capris. Wear the capris with a lightweight T-shirt or top that matches. You can also wear a matching sweater in case the mornings or the class rooms are cold that can be taken off and worn on your shoulders or thrown in your backpack when the weather gets hot.

Jean shorts and a black t shirt always looks conservative while being comfortable. It is appealing to make friends and doesnt label you as anything on a first impression. You will slip through the day smoothly and without any problems :)

daisy duke shorts, cute abercrombie or hollister style tshirt, cute flats hair straightened and pulled back into a loose pony slightly to the side. tie a scarf around ur head that mathches ur outfit as a headband

dont try to be like everyone else
break free be yourself and dont worry
if you like it you look great
take my advice and let it carry you the rest of your life
