It does most certainly. But we have to learn to live with such botheration. The traffic managers and the security men should handle the traffic in such a way that they strike a balance between the need for traffic regulation and the need to allow the necessary flow of traffic, which otherwise creates a total chaos.

Yes regular traffic jams irritate me. But when I have to wait because some person needs to get somewhere and can't wait like the rest of the world it just really angers me.

traffic jams irritates me,
and that too caused by an VIP's visit, not only me it causes inconvience to all the public

definitely it is too too bothersome to be caught in a traffic jam caused by our self styled VIPs

Yes,especially if they go out of their way,to let you know they are VIPs. Like the president,with the secret service,barreling down the street. No one would know the ***-hole was in there,if they didn't put on such a big show! Y.

I'm sure everyone will say - Yes. The point is has anyone ever said / done anything about it - if anyone says yes to THAT - I'd be surprised.
